Considered at the time one of the biggest housing projects, it was completed in 18 months using cast-in-place and pre-cast concrete. The 18 multi storey building consist of apartments and other service buildings covering an area of 23000 m2
The original contract amount of this housing project for Saudi Arabian Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) was around SR 80 Million, during the construction period a dining hall and some external and internal works were added which raised the contract amount to SR 101 Million. |
