This stunning architectural landmark of 17000 m2 consists of twelve storey building, two storey parking structure and an auditorium. The building is rested on 300 piles and was redesigned by us to use hollow core slabs and beams. It is featured with quality flooring and wall marble, stainless steel columns, curtain wall facades, space frames, skylights, atrium and panoramic elevators. |

| The headquarter offices of Saudi Import Company consisting of six stories of concrete structure for a total area of 10,000 m2. It is featured with special external granite cladding, structural aluminum glazing, top quality marble for floors and walls, brass and wood works, space frames and skylights across the diagonal length of the building and panoramic elevators. |

| This ten storey high tech building houses the Central Communication and Data Processing for Saudi Arabian Airlines. This facility was built in 13 months and covers a total floor area of 17000 m2 and combines the use of re-inforced concrete structure for the first two stories and steel structure for the remaining eight stories. Phase one handing over of the main computers floor was achieved seven months earlier. All finishing material is of high standard in accordance with Leo A. Daly Specifications, which includes sophisticated electro-mechanical systems and special mail delivery system throughout the floors. |

This project located on Tahlia Street with a total built up area of 11,000 m2 comprises of basement parking, ground floor for men and women banking and three upper levels for private services. The project features special construction for security measures usually used in banks, in addition to a suspended floor overlooking the front entrance carried on pre-stressed pre-cast beams spanning 28 m. The exterior façades are covered with special exposed aggregate pre-cast elements. |
