A notice to proceed for the structural package for The Headquarters Business Park Project at Jeddah Corniche has been signed between Adeem Al Wataniah for Construction and Development and Freyssinet Saudi Arabia.

Freyssinet Saudi Arabia was awarded by EMAAR KAEC, a design and build contract for the construction of GEMS World Academy in King Abdullah Economic City. The project is valued at SR 120 million and is to be completed within 1 year.

July 2008

Adeem Al-Wataniyia has awarded Freyssinet Saudi Arabia a design and build contract for the execution of The Headquarters Business Park Project composed of a 56 floor tower at Jeddah Corniche. The project is valued at SR 720 million and is to be completed within 3 year.

Freyssinet Saudi Arabia signed a contract with EMAAR KAEC, to design and build the Business Park Project at King Abdullah Economic City. The project is valued at SR 720 million and is to be completed within 2 years.
